Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal throughout workday
- Report hazards and equipment malfunctions to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality—daily attendance required
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
