Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople in construction, demolition, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) with proper training
- Adapt to changing site conditions and weather conditions
- Complete daily time sheets and follow payroll procedures for same-day pay
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA training provided)
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- No prior experience required—training provided on-site
