Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting materials, and operating basic hand tools
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup activities
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to project timelines
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic construction tool experience (shovels, hammers, saws)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat/humidity conditions
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
