Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand tools, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific rules to maintain a safe working environment.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized worksite to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Weather Resilience: Work effectively in various weather conditions while maintaining focus and safety standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is a must.
