Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties, including digging, carrying, and lifting heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs).
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding.
- Follow all project blueprints and safety protocols strictly.
- Transport materials from storage to the work area.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
