Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job site conditions
- Complete daily timesheets accurately for same-day pay
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Basic hand tool experience preferred
- Steel-toed boots required (no exceptions)
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
