Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized work areas and dispose of debris properly
- Complete daily time logs and task reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical/drug screen
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work 6-10 hour shifts daily
