Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks as directed.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring they are safe and free of debris.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes for various construction projects.
- Operate basic power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform general manual labor including sweeping, raking, and hauling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required for the interview.
