Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Charlotte, NC.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
