Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with material handling and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload equipment and materials efficiently
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment drug screen/background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool operation experience required
- Must be available for 6AM start times
