Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and leveling.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and store them properly.
- Clean work areas and remove debris to ensure a safe environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
