Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing work areas, including digging, cleaning, and leveling the ground.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic tools and machinery under the supervision of a foreman.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including sweeping, shoveling, and hauling debris.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed according to blueprints and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the job site.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Math Skills: Basic ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
