Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, hauling, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site activities.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions as required.
- Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Conduct daily inspections of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License or State ID required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
