Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Dig, level, and prepare surfaces as directed by the site supervisor.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and general labor practices.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions accurately.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and physical stamina.
