Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks at construction sites including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Complete daily timecards accurately for same-day payment processing
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience OR willingness to train
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Availability for 6 AM - 6 PM shifts (flexible scheduling)
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Steel-toe boots and work attire (provided if needed)
