Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled trade professionals with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform digging, lifting, and heavy physical labor as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work at various heights if required.
