Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with site preparation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, or trucks
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
