Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and shoveling.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to ensure quality construction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible schedules.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
