Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks and projects.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Support concrete pouring, framing, drywall installation, and general site preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for travel to multiple job sites).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
