Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely according to OSHA guidelines.
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Move heavy materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and material counting.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Must have the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material orders.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
