Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies to team members.
- Operate power tools, compressors, generators, and other heavy equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and cleaning debris.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site layouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
