Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cleanup, and organization of construction sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific rules to ensure a secure work environment.
- Communicate clearly with foremen and team members regarding project needs.
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Keep the work area free of debris and hazards.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Baltimore, MD.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and the ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
