Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing waste and organizing tools.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
