Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist skilled tradespeople with preparation and cleanup of job sites
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Adhere to construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Transport materials and equipment as needed
- Complete daily time cards and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
