Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, painting, and excavation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Move heavy materials and equipment using hand signals, dollies, and other aids.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience who are eager to learn and willing to work hard.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
