Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow supervisor instructions and maintain job site safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Complete daily task reports and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Orleans Parish
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
- No experience required – comprehensive on-the-job training provided
