Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools safely.
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Transport materials to and from job sites using heavy machinery or hand trucks.
- Assist in excavation, demolition, or rough carpentry as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on job sites.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
