Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing and cleaning areas and moving debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assisting Trades: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with basic tasks.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid government-issued ID or driver’s license.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
