Qualifications

- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
