Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout and prep work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements
