Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, bobcats, and skid steers under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks, including carpentry, framing, and concrete finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from project supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and the ability to wear PPE.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
