Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks (excavation, grading, debris removal)
- Assist carpenters/masons with material handling and layout
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Read blueprints and interpret construction documents
- Perform concrete work (pouring, finishing, forms)
- Complete daily timecards and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Willingness to travel between Omaha/TX
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Steel-toed boots required (provided if needed)
