Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy machinery under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with skilled tradespeople to support various building and renovation projects.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation.
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn and a willingness to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Experience: No prior construction experience required. We teach you everything you need to know.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
