Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under strict safety supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site daily.
- Demolish structures, prepare sites for concrete pouring, and assist with framing.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from the Site Foreman to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
