Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe (OSHA compliance).
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces (as required).
- Basic math skills (measuring, calculating).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
