Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from the site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties as directed.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols strictly.
- Unload and stock construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Perform basic site preparation work such as clearing debris or marking areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment.
