Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with general site preparation and cleanup.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (hand tools, power tools).
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Perform digging, trenching, and lifting tasks as directed by the foreman.
- Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks on equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for following instructions and measurements.
- Valid government-issued ID (Driver's License preferred).
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
