Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders on complex builds
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Manage waste disposal and site cleanup daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid CA driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Trenching, scaffolding, and fall protection expertise
