Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, debris removal, and general cleanup.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials (wood, drywall, concrete) according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform basic site surveys and assist with project documentation.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and estimating quantities.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
