Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials at the job site.
- Tool Operation: Assist in the operation of hand and power tools under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by removing debris and waste.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and roofers.
- Material Handling: Move heavy materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with potential weekend overtime.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Prior construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not mandatory.
