Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic equipment (hand tools, power tools, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction activities and site cleanup
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain organized workspaces
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
