Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs)
- Complete minor demolition and cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
