Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and electrical work.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and trash hauling.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites daily.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions strictly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
