- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Site Security: Monitor the site to prevent theft and ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
