Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled craft professionals with various construction activities and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods (standing, lifting, bending).
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a collaborative team.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
