Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall, and masonry.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and preparation work.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
- Must have a valid Driver's License (preferred but not always required).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
