Responsibilities

- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, carts, or hand trucks
- Complete daily job site cleanup and waste disposal
- Adapt to changing project needs and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and varied weather
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Punctuality and consistent attendance mandatory
- Ability to follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
