Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment safely to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools (experience preferred but training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and project instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
