Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and fitting of materials.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we are looking for eagerness to learn.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
