Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators, jackhammers) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Document work progress and material usage for accurate reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
